How to Get HS Card Arcane Giant

If you want to know how to get HS card Arcane Giant it’s simple, you just need to complete the second boss in The Opera wing of the adventure One Night in Karazhan.

The second boss in The Opera is the Big Bad Wolf. It’s a fun battle, you get all your cards reduced to 1 mana and 1/1 stats, but this just makes it even easier to win by playing lots of cards.

The Opera is a fun wing. The battles a little too easy, but it’s designed to allow people with basic cards to get through it. The heroic mode is really difficult if you want a challenge.

Arcane Giant

Arcane Giant Hearthstone Card One Night in KarazhanThe card reads: Costs (1) less for each spell you’ve cast this game.

This is one of, if not the best giants. All the others can be tricky to reduce and activate, while a spell-heavy deck is always going to reduce this card massively for you.

A great card, and being neutral it will see play in lots of different decks.

How to Get HS Card Kindly Grandmother

If you want to know how to get HS card Kindly Grandmother it’s simple, you just need to complete the second boss in The Opera wing of the adventure One Night in Karazhan.

The second boss in The Opera is the Big Bad Wolf. It’s a fun battle, you get all your cards reduced to 1 mana and 1/1 stats, but this just makes it even easier to win by playing lots of cards.

I don’t even need to outline a strategy here, I did it with some basic mage cards no problem. Have fun!

Kindly Grandmother

Kindly Grandmother Hunter Hearthstone Card One Night in KarazhanThe card reads: Deathrattle: Summon a 3/2 Big Bad Wolf.

This card is going to see a lot of play. It’s a really strong 2 drop with beast synergy, Barnes synergy, and is just an awesome choice on turn two for hunters.

How to Get HS Card Silvermoon Portal

If you want to know how to get HS card Silvermoon Portal for the Paladin class, you need to complete the class challenges for week two of One Night in Karazhan. These are The Opera class challenges, there is a Paladin and Warlock challenge, and don’t panic – they are super easy.

With Class Challenges you are given pre-made decks displaying some of the new cards and have to beat one of the bosses.

The Opera Class Challenges

Silvermoon Portal

Silvermoon Portal Hearthstone Card One Night in KarazhanThe card reads: Give a minion +2/+2. Summon a random 2-Cost minion.

This is another portal card to go with the Firelands Portal, and Maelstrom Portal’s already released.

I think this will see some play in some aggro decks. A 2/2 buff is decent, and a random 2 cost minion is pretty good value.

How to Get HS Card Onyx Bishop

This post takes you through how to get HS card Onyx Bishop, the Priest Minion that’s released as part of the One Night in Karazhan adventure.

You unlock Onyx Bishop by defeating the first boss in the Opera, Julianne. This second wing in the adventure released in the second week. It’s another fun battle and carries on the storyline, and on normal mode it’s way too easy so don’t worry.

I completed it easily with a cheap Zoolock deck. All you have to do is kill the 4/2 minion on board to destroy the immunity from Julianne. You can do this with just about any deck, so don’t worry if you only have basic cards.

Onyx Bishop

Onyx Bishop Hearthstone Card One Night in KarazhanThe card reads: Battlecry: Summon a friendly minion that died this game.

Looking at this card, it’s decent. I can see it being played in Priest decks, and along with Priest of the Feast it’s another step in the right direction to strengthing the Priest class.

Going to be fun playing around with this card, and having Resurrect in the deck to that’s 4 resummons.

How to Get HS Card Swashburglar

This post takes you through how to get HS card Swashburglar, the Rogue minion with the Pirate classification that’s released as part of the One Night in Karazhan adventure.

You unlock Swashburglar by defeating all three bosses in The Opera, the second wing, or week two of the adventure. It’s another set of fun battles and carries on the storyline, and on normal mode it’s way too easy so don’t worry about completing it with low-cost decks.

Swashburglar

Swashburglar Hearthstone Card One Night in KarazhanThe card reads: Battlecry: Add a random class card to your hand (from your opponent’s class).

More rogue cards that give you cards from your opponent’s class, and another pirate, and a 1/1 for 1 mana all wrapped up in one card!

This card is going to see a lot of play. For the card draw, activation, and pirate synergy it’s a great card.

How to Get Wicked Witchdoctor

This post takes you through how to get Wicked Witchdoctor, the Shaman minion that’s released as part of the One Night in Karazhan adventure.

You unlock Wicked Witchdoctor by defeating the third boss in The Opera, The Crone. This is wing, or week two of the adventure. It’s another fun battle and carries on the storyline, and on normal mode it’s way too easy so don’t worry.

I completed it easily with a cheap Tempo Mage deck, I don’t even have Flamewakers on my NA account, that’s how easy it is. Minions you play to the left of the unit on the board have charge, and minions on the right have taunt.

You need to protect the minion in the middle with taunts, while destroying The Crone. I did it  first time no problems, a well-timed Polymorph really came in handy on an Abomination though.

Wicked Witchdoctor

Wicked Witchdoctor Hearthstone Card One Night in KarazhanThe card reads: Whenever you cast a spell, summon a random basic Totem.

A 4 mana card with a 3/4 body isn’t strong, but the text is interesting on this card.

I’m looking forward to seeing this in spell heavy decks. Spawning a few basic totems has some good synergy with other cards already available to Shaman.

I think this will see play in quite a few decks.

How to Get Kara Kazham!

If you want to know how to get Kara Kazham for the Warlock class, you need to complete the class challenges for week two of One Night in Karazhan. These are The Opera class challenges, there is a Paladin and Warlock challenge, and don’t panic – they are super easy.

Class Challenges are fun, you get a pre-made deck showcasing some new cards and you can just get right into the boss battle. They are all easy on normal mode, but extremely hard on heroic.

The Opera Class Challenges

Kara Kazham

Kara Kazham Hearthstone Card One Night in KarazhanThe cards reads: Summon a 1/1 Candle, 2/2 Broom, and 3/3 Teapot.

The minions that are summoned are vanilla minions with no special effects. Still, 6/6 of total stats across 3 minions from one card is extremely good value.

I think we will see this card being played in decks that can then buff the minions. There are a lot of options for 5 mana, so it’s going to need to be a specific build I think.

How to Get HS Card Moat Lurker

This is how to get HS card Moat Lurker by defeating the third boss in The Opera, The Crone. This is wing, or week two of the adventure. It’s another fun battle and carries on the storyline, and on normal mode it’s way too easy so don’t worry.

I finished off this boss on my first attempt with a Tempo Mage deck using mostly basic minions, so it must be easy. Minions you play to the left of the unit on the board have charge, and minions on the right have taunt.

Just use big minions as taunts, and attack minions on the left to charge. Throw lots of spells at the incoming minions and you’ll be done in a few turns.

Moat Lurker

Moat Lurker Hearthstone Card One Night in KarazhanThe card reads: Battlecry: Destroy a minion. Deathrattle: Resummon it.

This card removes a minion on either your side of the board, or your opponents. Then when it dies the minion returns.

So you can either use it to effectively heal one of your minions. Or destroy one of your opponents for tempo. How about using Purify on the card after destroying an enemy minion 🙂

How to Get HS Card Barnes

This post takes you through how to get HS card Barnes, the Neutral Legendary minion with a pretty awesome effect that’s released as part of the One Night in Karazhan adventure.

You unlock Barnes by defeating all three bosses in The Opera, the second wing, or week two of the adventure. It’s another set of fun battles and carries on the storyline, and on normal mode it’s way too easy so don’t worry about completing it with low-cost decks.

Barnes

Barnes Hearthstone Card One Night in KarazhanThe card reads: Battlecry: Summon a 1/1 copy of a random minion in your deck.

This is the much-anticipated legendary from the new adventure One Night in Karazhan. There has been a lot of theory crafting before it’s release, it’s probably going to be a bit of a META changer.

If you summon a 1/1 Rangaros, Archmage, Highmane, etc, you’re in for a good game.

How to Get HS Card Pompous Thespian

This post takes you through how to get HS card Pompous Thespian, the Neutral Minion that’s released as part of the One Night in Karazhan adventure.

You unlock Pompous Thespian by defeating the first boss in the Opera, Julianne. It’s another fun battle and carries on the storyline, and on normal mode it’s way too easy so don’t worry. It’s the second week of the adventure, and the second wing to open (not including the prologue).

I completed it easily with a cheap Zoolock deck. All you have to do is kill the 4/2 minion on board to destroy the immunity from Julianne. You will be able to do this with basic cards on just about any class, it’s the heroic mode that is super hard, but you don’t need to complete that for the cards.

Pompous Thespian

Pompous Thespian Hearthstone Card One Night in KarazhanThe card reads: Taunt.

A simple neutral card. Probably more of interest to arena players than constructed.
