If you love Hearthstone and want to play it while traveling, attending LAN events, or just prefer laptops over PC’s – you need to be sure you’re buying a laptop that can run Hearthstone smoothly.
The good news is that the system requirements for Hearthstone are not that high, even with all the settings maxed. So the best laptops for Hearthstone do not have to be expensive high-end models.
I thought I’d cover a couple budget options that can run Hearthstone just fine with all the settings maxed. As well as a couple of options that are more expensive and are capable of doing a lot more than just Hearthstone.
Just a tip if you’re looking for the cheapest laptop – you don’t need to max out the in-game settings so you can pull back a little on the processing and graphics power.
By doing so you can still play the game just fine and minimize any lag while saving some cash.

It’s powered by a 7th Generation Intel Core i3-7100U (2.4 GHz) and has 4GB of memory, so checks all the boxes on the power front.
The battery life is decent too with a running time of up to 12 hours. More than enough to play through a few rounds of swiss in an HS tourney.
HP 15.6″ AMD A6-9220 Dual-Core Laptop
The dual-core A6-9220 2.50 GHz processor has power to spare when running Hearthstone, and the 4 GB of memory is more than the recommended amount.
The AMD Radeon integrated graphics chipset is perfect for games, and the speaker system is great for games, movies, and streaming.
ASUS VivoBook F510UA Laptop
It has a 15.6″ full HD anti-glare display and a super-thin design. With 8GB of RAM and 1TB HDD.
The 8th Generation Intel Core 1.6 GHz processor can turbo up to 3.4 GHz. It’s an interesting chip, more than suitable for Hearthstone.
HP Elitebook 8470P Laptop
There may be some marks and blemishes however, so prepare yourself for that. You should always check the battery life too as that’s the first thing to suffer on used laptops in my opinion.
On the spec side however, the Intel Core i5 2.5 GHz, 8GB of RAM, and 500 GB hard-drive will keep Hearthstone running smoothly on full settings.
Best High-End Laptops For Hearthstone
You’re spoiled for choice if you have a big budget and are looking for a high-end gaming laptop to play Hearthstone on. For this reason, I’m only featuring two different laptops.
Both are extremely good gaming laptops and capable of play all kinds of games, no matter their system requirements.
MSI GS65 Stealth Laptop
Outside of the exceptional design, if you want to get the most out of your games then this is the laptop to do it.
Hearthstone isn’t the most demanding game and this is overkill for just Hearthstone, so it’s usually the weapon of choice for FPS and MMORPG players.
It has too many features and cool things to list and talk about. In a nutshell, the Stealth is gorgeous, lightning fast, sensitive and responsive, and will do everything you ever ask of it, and more.
ASUS ROG G703GI Laptop
It’s no coincidence it’s one of the most expensive laptops on the market, it’s also one of the most powerful.
If Hearthstone is just one of the games you play and you need some serious power under the hood for the others then the ASUS does it all.
