This is the Sjow Malygos Barnes Miracle Rogue Deck he was using on ladder. It’s another burst deck that goes off when you get a Malygos or Gadgetzan Auctioneer from Barnes.
I played it for a few games and it’s crazy good. There aren’t many bad targets for Barnes, and the tempo you get from most minions that spawn is more than worth the downside from the minions you don’t want.
