Thijs High Legend Tempo-Book Mage Deck

Thijs High Legend Tempo-Book Mage DeckThis is the Thijs High Legend Tempo-Book Mage Deck. It was interesting to see his build with Babbling Book, and it was interesting to see him going on a pretty decent win streak as he ranked up.

Babbling Book has turned out to be a really good card in Tempo Mage and has become an inclusion in all tempo Mage decks now.

Rooftrellen Rank 1 Legend Tempo Mage w Babbling Book

Rooftrellen Rank 1 Legend Tempo Mage w Babbling BookIf you needed any more convincing that Babbling Book is a sick card in Tempo Mage, check out this Rooftrellen Rank 1 Legend Tempo Mage w Babbling Book. Rooftrellen has already hit rank 1 legend on NA with this list.

It looks like a more of a greedy control list with double Cabalist’s Tome and Emperor Thaurissan, but it’s obviously working out perfectly.

This deck has plenty of burn, lots of reload with the Tome’s and Arcane Intellect, some potential for fireworks with Archmage Antonidas and discounted spells, and of course Yogg-Saron.

Have fun!

CosplayGrill Babbling Book Tempo Mage Deck

CosplayGrill Babbling Book Tempo Mage DeckHere is another Babbling Book Mage deck. This is the CosplayGrill Babbling Book Tempo Mage Deck he was playing on stream and when I was watching he was in top 5 Legend ranks, which is pretty insane so soon after the release of the new card.

I prefer this over the Reynad Babbling Book Mage list. It makes sense to have the Emperor Thurissan and Archmage Antonidas and slow the game down a little.

You can control the board early and reduce a load of spells to do some crazy Archmage turns or just burn away with Flamewakers.

Mulligan Guide for Babbling Book Tempo Mage

Mulligan for those cheap early removal spells, 2 drops, and the Babbling Book. You can drop Babbling Book at any point in the game, the spell is random.

Reynad Babbling Book Tempo Mage Deck

Reynad Babbling Book Tempo Mage DeckWith the release of Babbling Book yesterday I’m checking out all the Pro’s testing this card. This is the Reynad Babbling Book Tempo Mage Deck he was playing on stream.

The card is actually a lot better than I, and a lot of other people thought. You can drop this on turn one,  pick up a spell and see where to go from there.

It’s the unpredictability of the spell that has the most impact I think. Tempo Mage can be pretty predictable, but it’s hard to play around a spell that could be anything.

Babbling Book Tempo Mage Mulligan Strategy

Mulligan as you would a normal Tempo Mage, look for the early removal and 2 drop minions. The difference here is that you can keep Babbling Book in your opening hand, you can drop it at any point in the game really, it’s a flexible card.
