Looking at the best Rogue lists it was close between Burgle Rogue, and Miracle Rogue. This miracle list is the Best Rogue Deck October 16 Season 31. It’s just a more consistent performer than the Burgle lists, and this is the list Fr0zen won PAX with.
This is still on the fringe of being tier-1 in my opinion, it has some decent match ups and it strong enough to climb the ladder to legend. It’s not the easiest deck to play, but it’s fun.
