Thijs C’Thun Priest Deck Season 31

Thijs C'thun Priest Deck Season 31This is the Thijs C’Thun Priest Deck Season 31 list. C’Thun Priest has always been a decent deck, it’s not tier-1 of course, but this doesn’t mean it’s a bad deck. Thijs was climbing the ladder with it and had some decent success. It’s actually fairly good in the current META with the nerf hammer just dropping on some aggro mechanics.

It’s a control deck with some late game finishers. So if you can survive the early game from aggro decks and stabilize you’re likely to win the value game. There is loads of healing in the deck, it struggles with direct damage like most Priest decks but that’s where C’Thun comes in.

Use C’Thun wisely, set up a follow-on with the Golden Monkey if you can’t finish your opponent with C’Thun damage.

Cosplaygrill Ironforge Portal C’Thun Warrior Deck

Cosplaygrill Ironforge Portal C'Thun Warrior DeckThis is the Cosplaygrill Ironforge Portal C’Thun Warrior Deck he was playing on stream today. Ironforge Portal is a great substitute for Shield Block. Summoning a random minion is fine for a C’Thun Warrior gameplan, and often better than cycling a card with Shield Block as a lot of games go to fatigue.

Kolento Fool’s Bane C’Thun Warrior Deck

Kolento Fool's Bane C'Thun Warrior DeckThis is the Kolento Fool’s Bane C’Thun Warrior Deck he was playing on stream. C’Thun Warrior is the obvious choice for the new card Fool’s Bane. You can attack multiple times in the same turn to clear up some minions, and C’Thun Warrior’s typically have the armor to absorb the damage.

On the few games I saw it was working out really well for him. C’Thun Warrior is also a good counter to Beast Druid, which is going to be really popular for a while so it might be a smart choice to play this deck.

Chakki NA Summer Prelims C’Thun Warrior Deck

Chakki NA Summer Prelims C'Thun Warrior DeckThis is the Chakki NA Summer Prelims C’Thun Warrior Deck he brought to the HCT tournament. It’s a faster list with some added cycle and board clears, will be interesting to see how it works out.

C’Thun Warrior is a solid deck, it’s sometimes chosen over Dragon Warrior as it’s more consistent at shutting down aggro decks if it’s not banned.

The interesting tech in this list is only 1 x Shieldbearer. This is because with a faster list you’re looking to win before or with C’Thun, unlike the slower control versions.

Thijs EU Summer Prelims C’Thun Warrior Deck

The EU Summer Prelims are being played out this weekend – 13 – 14th Thijs EU Summer Prelims C'Thun Warrior Deck
August
. The prelims are always fun to watch, and you can see the best players across Europe battle it out with their best decks.

Thijs has already qualified for the World Championships at Blizzcon. I think this is the reason why his decks are a little more unique than most, which will make a much more interested set of games.

This is the Thijs EU Summer Prelims C’Thun Warrior Deck he is taking to the Prelims. His strategy is clear, he has control decks and intends to counter the aggro decks that most players bring to tournaments. It’s a little risky as aggro decks can burn down control decks, but if they don’t draw well early it’s usually an easy win.

Superjj C’Thun Warrior with Bash Revenge Tech

This is the Superjj C’Thun Warrior with Bash Revenge Superjj C'Thun Warrior with Bash Revenge TechTech choices he was using on ladder. It’s some different tech choices that really help vs those aggro decks that can potentially beat you down before you can drop your large taunts or get enough armor up.

C’Thun Evolve Shaman Deck

You should try this C’Thun Evolve Shaman Deck if you’re C'Thun Evolve Shaman Decklooking for a deck that’s a little different, fun to play, and pretty solid. C’Thun decks can shut down aggro, and go head-to-head with control decks when you play them correctly. Making this a strong deck in the current META and worth a try.

C’Thun Warlock Deck

This is the best C’Thun Warlock Deck I can find and put C'Thun Warlock Decktogether. There is a Reno version that is pretty good too, but this is just a stright up C’Thun deck.

I played around 30 games with it and had a slightly better than 50% win ratio, so it’s not a complete washout and is more than capable of holding its own in the META. The lifetap really helps out a lot when searching for C’Thun, a problem other decks without much card draw suffer with.

C’Thun Control Hunter Deck

If you’re looking for a C’Thun Control Hunter Deck this is a strong build C'Thun Control Hunter Deckthat I have tested. I had a positive win ratio, but not a massively successful one. Hunter isn’t the strongest class for C’Thun builds. The element of surprise really catches opponents off guard but it lacks consistency.
