The top 8 players who qualified from the EU Summer Prelims are meeting in an 8 man tourney at the EU Summer Championships this weekend 24th and 25th September 2016.

It’s always interesting to see the decklists of the players beforehand to see how they have prepared and what they are teching for. DrHippi EU Summer Championships decklists are below. He has a strong lineup opting for mostly strong META decks/classes.

This is high-stakes stuff, the winner moves on to Blizzcon to play for the big money in a tournament vs the other seasonal championship winners. You can watch all the action on the Hearthstone official Twitch channel – playhearthstone.

DrHippi EU Summer Championships Decklists

DrHippi EU Summer Championships Druid Deck

Not much to talk about here, a standard token Druid with Yogg list.

DrHippi EU Summer Championships Mage Deck

DrHippi is the only player to bring Tempo Mage. Cosplaygrill has proven it’s a top-tier deck right now so I don’t blame him, it’s a greedy list almost leaning towards being a control deck in my opinion.

DrHippi EU Summer Championships Shaman Deck

The only player to bring Al’Akir the Windlord too I believe. Some burst potential for his opponent to be wary of, and a strong midrange list.

DrHippi EU Summer Championships Rogue Deck

A pretty standard Miracle Rogue list. The only player in the championships to bring a Rogue without Questing Adventurers.

DrHippi EU Summer Championships Warrior Deck

A bog standard Dragon Warrior list. Still strong vs most classes, and if it’s not banned it shouldn’t struggle to pick up a win.

Viper EU Summer Championships Decklists

The top 8 players who qualified from the EU Summer Prelims are meeting in an 8 man tourney at the EU Summer Championships this weekend 24th and 25th September 2016.

Viper EU Summer Championships Decklists

Viper EU Summer Championships Druid Deck

Another Malygos Druid deck, this list has two Violet Teachers and Power of the Wilds so it basically includes the token Druid mechanics too.

Viper EU Summer Championships Mage Deck

Another Freeze Mage list. It’s a few cards different to GeorgeC’s list, and Freeze Mage has struggled in other tournaments recently so I’m interested to see how this deck works out.

Viper EU Summer Championships Shaman Deck

No surprises in this list. It’s somewhere between aggro and midrange, and will no doubt perform well as Shaman always does.

Viper EU Summer Championships Rogue Deck

This is a deck to look out for. It includes the card Violet Illusionist from One Night in Karazhan. I’ve not seen this card in Rogue yet, so this will be interesting.

Viper EU Summer Championships Warrior Deck

With all the control Warriors it’s actually refreshing to see a Dragon Warrior. Few interesting techs here too, Netherspite Historian, Chillmaw, and Justicar Trueheart.

Dizdemon EU Summer Championships Decklists

The top 8 players who qualified from the EU Summer Prelims are meeting in an 8 man tourney at the EU Summer Championships this weekend 24th and 25th September 2016.

Dizdemon EU Summer Championships Decklists

Dizdemon EU Summer Championships Druid Deck

It’s a fairly standard token Druid with Yogg list. There is double Arcane Giant as the late game big threats, I expect Druid to probably be the best performing class over the weekend.

Dizdemon EU Summer Championships Rogue Deck

Dizdemon has opted to bring Questing Adventurer Rogue, so he is probably banning Warrior. Decent OTK potential when you draw well and I expect this deck to perform well.

Dizdemon EU Summer Championships Shaman Deck

This is a really aggressive Shaman list. It will do well in the mirror matches as it’s faster than some of the other aggro Shaman lists being brought.

Dizdemon EU Summer Championships Hunter Deck

Hunter has seen a rise in popularity as Warlock has seen a dip. It’s become an easy class to play, you pretty much play on curve all the way into Call of the Wild.

Dizdemon EU Summer Championships Warrior Deck

I have been surprised with the amount of N’Zoth Warrior lists being brought to the championships. I don’t come across this list very often on ladder, but the pros think it will perform well in this tournament setting.

Grayj EU Summer Championships Decklists

The top 8 players who qualified from the EU Summer Prelims are meeting in an 8 man tourney at the EU Summer Championships this weekend 24th and 25th September 2016.

Grayj EU Summer Championships Decklists

Grayj EU Summer Championships Druid Deck

A token Druid list with Yogg. Not much more to say, there’s going to be a lot of Druid over the weekend.

Grayj EU Summer Championships Paladin Deck

There is a slot in a lineup of 5 classes that changes per player. Grayj has opted for Anyfin Paladin, a solid deck that can certainly get an OTK win vs any class.

Grayj EU Summer Championships Shaman Deck

This is a deeper midrange deck than most of the other players. No 1-drop minions, plenty of late game.

Grayj EU Summer Championships Hunter Deck

What’s this, a N’Zoth Hunter? Very interesting and I’m looking forward to seeing how this deck performs, I haven’t seen N’Zoth Hunter in Standard format very often.

Grayj EU Summer Championships Warrior Deck

A Yogg control Warrior list, also an interesting choice. Grayj has taken more risks than the other players with his lineup, let’s see if he’s rewarded.

Ikealyou EU Summer Championships Decklists

The top 8 players who qualified from the EU Summer Prelims are meeting in an 8 man tourney at the EU Summer Championships this weekend 24th and 25th September 2016.

Ikealyou EU Summer Championships Decklists

Ikealyou EU Summer Championships Druid Deck

No surprise to see Malygos Druid here, it’s one of the strongest decks right now and will get a win if not banned.

Ikealyou EU Summer Championships Rogue Deck

Another player bringing the Questing Adventurer rogue list. It’s hard for most classes to deal with a large concealed Questing Adventurer and Edwin VanCleef. Brawl is the best answer so I expect Ikealyou to ban Warrior.

Ikealyou EU Summer Championships Shaman Deck

An aggro Shaman with 1 x Earth Shock teched in. I love earth shock and include it in most of my lists, you are pretty much guaranteed to see a good target for it. I’m looking forward to seeing how this inclusion works out.

Ikealyou EU Summer Championships Hunter Deck

Another midrange Hunter list. Barnes and Ragnaros are in his list, could see some crazy Barnes RNG.

Ikealyou EU Summer Championships Warrior Deck

A fairly standard control Warrior list, not much to say other than it’s going to be a long game if it sees play. Tank up!

Cerasi EU Summer Championships Decklists

The top 8 players who qualified from the EU Summer Prelims are meeting in an 8 man tourney at the EU Summer Championships this weekend 24th and 25th September 2016.

Cerasi EU Summer Championships Decklists

Cerasi EU Summer Championships Druid Deck

Druid is a staple in every player’s lineup. This is the Malygos Druid that’s been terrorizing the ladder and will be bagging wins over the weekend.

Cerasi EU Summer Championships Hunter Deck

Hunter is the fifth class most players fall back onto when they need to fill that fifth spot. It’s a midrange list with some extra aggro cards teched in.

Cerasi EU Summer Championships Shaman Deck

Another aggro Shaman list. Cerasi has included one copy of Hex, a smart choice and it’ll give his opponents something to think about before dropping a huge threat.

Cerasi EU Summer Championships Warlock Deck

Not many players are bringing Warlock to the championships. Warlock has fallen out of favor slightly since Shaman became more competitive with cards like Spirit Claws and Maelstrom Portal.

Cerasi EU Summer Championships Warrior Deck

A N’Zoth Control Warrior list with the new Ironforge Portal’s. A strong deck and when it draws well it’s almost unstoppable.

Likeabawse EU Summer Championships Decklists

The top 8 players who qualified from the EU Summer Prelims are meeting in an 8 man tourney at the EU Summer Championships this weekend 24th and 25th September 2016.

Likeabawse EU Summer Championships Decklists

Likeabawse EU Summer Championships Druid Deck

Likeabawse is bringing Malygos Druid to the championships. Widely believed to be one of, if not the strongest deck currently. One Moonglade Portal as a tech, and double Feral Rage, so lots of healing.

Likeabawse EU Summer Championships Rogue Deck

We’re seeing Rogue creeping in instead of Mage more often now. The Questing Adventurer list is really strong and there are few answers to a good conceal board.

Likeabawse EU Summer Championships Shaman Deck

A pretty standard aggro Shaman list with some large threats. Not much to say here, it’s going to be a Shaman fiesta.

Likeabawse EU Summer Championships Hunter Deck

A solid midrange Hunter list. Will e interesting to see if Barnes RNG has a big impact on any games during the championships.

Likeabawse EU Summer Championships Warrior Deck

Likeabawse is bringing the Tinkmaster Overspark N’Zoth control Warrior list. I expect this deck to get banned a lot, it’s rough to play against.

GeorgeC EU Summer Championships Decklists

The top 8 players who qualified from the EU Summer Prelims are meeting in an 8 man tourney at the EU Summer Championships this weekend 24th and 25th September 2016.

GeorgeC EU Summer Championships Decklists

GeorgeC EU Summer Championships Druid Deck

It’s a fairly standard token Druid with Yogg list. There is double Arcane Giant as the late game big threats, I expect Druid to probably be the best performing class over the weekend.

GeorgeC EU Summer Championships Mage Deck

GeorgeC always plays freeze Mage in tournaments that I’ve seen. This list includes an Evolved Kobold tech card that adds some extra points of damage.

GeorgeC EU Summer Championships Shaman Deck

We’re going to see a lot of aggro Shaman this weekend. There will be some tweaks between the lists, this is about as standard as it gets in the current META.

GeorgeC EU Summer Championships Hunter Deck

This is an aggressive midrange Hunter. It’s heavier on the 1-drops than the standard midrange lists, it’ll perform well in the mirror.

GeorgeC EU Summer Championships Warrior Deck

An interesting tech in this control Warrior list is the inclusion of Soggoth the Slitherer over Yogg. Adds a little more stability to the list.
