This is the Thijs High Legend Tempo-Book Mage Deck. It was interesting to see his build with Babbling Book, and it was interesting to see him going on a pretty decent win streak as he ranked up.
Babbling Book has turned out to be a really good card in Tempo Mage and has become an inclusion in all tempo Mage decks now.
